Strengthening Connection to Inner
Wisdom
Do Less; Be More

MY HEALING JOURNEY In the 1990s, I was a passionate professional chef, immersed in the culinary arts, when life threw me a curveball. A work-related condition led to chronic pain, limiting my mobility and taking away my ability to work. I was a single mom at the time, so this was devastating on many levels. After consulting many doctors, I received a daunting diagnosis suggesting surgery with uncertain results. Fear, depression, loss of agency all showed up; It seemed to be the worst time in my life; yet, I know see it as a gift as it pushed me to embark on a journey of self-discovery! I enrolled in a local yoga class, and to my surprise, despite being unable to do most of physical poses, it ignited my spirit! I found a happiness and ease that went beyond my physical limitations. I began to see my challenges not as obstacles but as vital messengers guiding me on a path to greater self-awareness. This awakening fueled my passion for mind-body practices, leading me to become a certified yoga therapist and a desire to continually practice and learn. I discovered that true healing comes from loving and accepting ourselves, regardless of our circumstances. Embracing our authentic selves helps us find joy in every moment and creates ripples of healing that touch those around us. My journey blossomed over the years; after four dedicated years of practice, I regained full functionality in both arms! Healing is a return to wholeness even though that doesn't always include physical restoration, although this time it did. This inspiring transformation motivated me to share the incredible healing power of mind-body practices with others in various settings—from hospitals, trauma centers and corporate environments to yoga studios and wellness centers. With a heart full of empathy and compassion, I have experienced and understand the fear and isolation that can accompany life’s challenges. I’m here to remind my clients that they are not alone—they matter more than their struggles, and they possess the strength to thrive! My mission is to cultivate a nurturing space where everyone can deepen their connection to with their inner wisdom and unleash their healing, their creativity, their possibilities for any life they imagine. Join me in this uplifting journey! Together, we can embrace self-love, spark creativity, and infuse our lives with energy and joy. Let's celebrate the beauty of our unique journey and the ease that comes from being our authentic selves!
